MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Teach Math classes using active learning approaches. - Develop educational materials for classes and collaborate with colleagues for program development. - Carry out assessments according to the school’s established assessment model. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in English language teaching or a related discipline. - Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Degree (or equivalent). - Teaching license from home country valid for public school teaching. - Minimum of 3 years full-time teaching experience in public or private secondary schools. - Advanced proficiency in English. - Mental and physical fitness to fulfill responsibilities effectively. - No previous issues relating to child protection. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: - Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field. - Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. - Familiarity with modern teaching and learning practices for the 21st century. - Proficiency in the Japanese language.
